Never left without an estimator difference two

More than one person follows every project. You're never stuck with the one person who knew what was going on.

Why did the LVT total change?
The GC switched the material in this email:
And where is that material installed?
Exactly here:

Here you'd see the actual email.
The one where the GC asked for the change, right inside your project.

Changes, even months later.

The file stays with us, so a job that comes back long after is changed from where it was, not redone.

Never down to one person.

More than one person knows every project. Nobody leaving takes your work with them.

Never on one computer.

If a computer breaks, you lose nothing. Everything is in the palm of your hand.

The only conditions: the complete set of files, and your suppliers' quotes back in time for the bid date.

Proof before promises.

Send us one live invite. We do the takeoff and send back a real bid, on your template, for free. Seven days later we call and ask one question: do you want the next one?

Every bid we send is signed by the estimator who built it and initialed by the senior who checked it. Ask them anything about the number.

You go back to running the work.

The paper goes to us. The job stays with you.

We handle.

  • Takeoffs and pricing, off your plans
  • Revisions and re-pricing, however old
  • Bid deadlines, watched and met
  • Scope letters, exclusions, alternates

You handle.

  • Walking the jobs
  • Running the crews
  • Winning the work
  • Getting paid

Every unanswered invite is dollars.

An estimator on payroll is a line on your books. A plan is a line you can size.

From $750 a week. Cheaper than payroll, steadier than freelancers. The first bid is free and the number is settled on one call — no deck, no emailed quote.

Straight answers.

What trades do you cover?
Flooring and tile. Nothing else — not drywall, not paint. LVP, LVT, carpet tile, sheet goods, hardwood, and ceramic, porcelain and stone.
What happens when a project comes back?
We open the file — takeoff, plans, assumptions, allowances and the labor table we used that day. Repriced in hours, included in the plan.
Can I pay per project?
No. Per-project is the model you've been burned by: a number arrives, the guy disappears. The plan is what keeps the history and the revisions free.
What if I send more than 3 bids a week?
We look at the fourth project next to the other three to see if it really fits in the working time we have. If that's your new normal, we'll recommend a second plan. If it was a one-off and we have room in-house, we fit it in. Our job is to make this easier and be as fair as we can with you, so it works for both sides.
What if I only bid once a month?
Then we're not a fit, and we'll say so on the call. Below about a bid a week the plan doesn't pencil out for you.
Do you do residential?
Yes, as long as you already run commercial work too. We bid residential for subs who do both; if residential is all you do, we're the wrong shop.
How fast is a bid?
Hours, when the material is specified and the plans are readable. Days when the spec is vague or the addenda are still landing.
What does it cost?
The first bid is free. After that, from $750 a week, settled on one call — you leave the call with the number, a start date, and your first invite already in our hands.
How do I know you're any good?
You don't yet, and we'd rather not argue about it. Send one live invite. You get a real bid, on your template, at no cost. Judge the number.
